SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping cost: Many factors determine the shipping costs: method of shipping (overnight, two day air, or ground), package size & weight and customer's ZIP code. Please consult with our Sales Associate about the expected delivery time of your order. You can check the status of your order by calling us @ 1.206.767.4711 or emailing to info@gourmetdisplay.com. Our Customer Service Associate will help you with Tracking Information on your order. Returns and Exchanges: If you wish to return an item, please call our Customer Service to receive authorization. Upon receiving Return Authorization, the merchandise must be sent Freight Prepaid by Sender and is subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. All returned goods must be in unused and undamaged condition and packaged in their original shipping cartons and packing material. Custom Products may not be returned for credit. Although we pride ourselves on our packaging, sometimes Freight Carriers crush our best efforts. Inspect your shipment immediately upon its arrival for visible or concealed damage. If you do receive damaged goods, please notify Gourmet Display and the Freight Carrier within 48 hours. Be sure to retain all packing materials for carrier inspection. In the event of any order discrepancy you must notify our Customer Service within 48 hours. |
