(Due to the nature of our industry we work with a system of qualified distributors and dealers. Orders other than Web Special orders are directed through the appropriate distribution channel. To be able to serve you, we need to share order related information with a dealer of your choice or a dealer selected for you by us. Naturally, shipping information need to be provided to the shipping company.)
We handle and store information you provide to us on computer systems with restricted access located at secured facilities to protect them from unauthorized access and use.
We use security technologies and procedures on our web site. Sensitive information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry (Secure Socket Layer). While on a secure page the lock icon on the bottom of the Web Browser window becomes locked as an indication, opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

GENERAL BUSINESS PROCEDURES
All prices are published as Suggested List Price in U.S. Dollars. Special discounts may apply. For pricing, please, contact your local food service distributor. Click on Dealer Locator on the top of our pages to find your preferred distributor/dealer. Pricing is exclusive of all tariffs, duties, transportation costs and taxes.
Upon approved credit, terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards are also accepted.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you wish to return an item, please call our Customer Service to receive authorization. Merchandise must be sent Freight Prepaid by Sender and is subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. All returned goods must be in unused and undamaged condition and packaged in their original shipping cartons and packing material. Custom Products may not be returned for credit.
Although we pride ourselves on our packaging, sometimes Freight Carriers crush our best efforts. Inspect your shipment immediately upon its arrival for visible or concealed damage. If you do receive damaged goods, please notify Gourmet Display and the Freight Carrier within 48 hours. Be sure to retain all packing materials for carrier inspection. In the event of any order discrepancy you must notify our Customer Service within 48 hours.
Product Guarantee & Product Repairs:
All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one year (from invoice date).
Due to the rigors of the foodservice industry, there may be circumstances in which an item may need to be repaired. Please call our Customer Service department for repair authorization: 1 800 767-4711 ext.101. Products must be sent Freight Prepaid. Once the item has arrived, it will be inspected, and Customer Service will call you with the repair cost.
