Please consult with our Sales Associate about the expected delivery time of your order. Our goal is to ship the order within 2-3business days of receiving the order. Usually it is faster but occasional delays happen beyond our control; material supply, weather, carrier problems. We do our best to communicate any delays with our customers/dealers.

Returns and Exchanges:
If you wish to return an item, please email our Customer Service at email@example.com to receive a returned goods authorization. Upon receiving Return Authorization-RMA, the merchandise must be sent Freight Prepaid by Sender and is subject up to a 20% Restocking Fee. All returned goods must be in un-used and un-damaged condition and packaged in their original shipping cartons and packing material. RMA number needs to appear on outside of return carton for accurate and fast processing.
Custom Products may not be returned for credit.
Although we pride ourselves on our packaging, sometimes Freight Carriers crush our best efforts. Inspect your shipment immediately upon its arrival for visible or concealed damage. If you do receive damaged goods, please notify Gourmet Display and the Freight Carrier within 48 hours. Be sure to retain all packing materials for carrier inspection.
In the event of any order discrepancy you must notify our Customer Service within 48 hours/2 business days.
