Our Porcelain is thick Hotelware: fully vitrified and twice fired at 2,500 degrees; an extremely high temperature which purifies it and makes it more durable. In addition, we actually add more Kaolin clay to the mixture which results in a beautiful snow white appearance. All of the platters & bowls are safe for dishwashers, freezers, microwaves and ovens resulting in high thermal shock tolerance - perfect for serving hot or cold food.
Our metal stands are made right here in Seattle Washington and quite simply are the best in the world. Unlike the competition, we feature half inch hot rolled STEEL which is carefully welded and powdercoated to endure the rigors of the foodservice industry.
