Why aren't your products labeled NSF?
The NSF designation is a valid one within the foodservice industry. However, NSF comes at a significant high cost to a manfacturer for each product approved with the NSF designation.
All Gourmet Display products use FDA approved Food Safe materials. We go to great lengths to ensure our products are designed, functional and FDA Food Safe for the foodservice industry.
Even two of our imported products are made to our specifications for food safety.
For example:
- Sierra Melamine: contains no urea or urea by-products in the plate-bowl materials.
- Prestige Porcelain: lead, cadmium free...and FDA inspected to be so!
