All products are guaranteed against defects in materials & workmanship for one year.

• Products: Prestige & Sierra metal tiers/stands and ICP metal stands feature a Lifetime Weld Warranty. We will replace or repair any metal tiers/stands in these categories should the weld crack, break or fail to the original purchaser only during normal use*. A replacement metal stand/tier will be shipped once the damaged one is received back to our facility in Seattle, WA. USA. Freight cost for sending the old stand back and shipping the replacement stand is the responsibility of the original customer.

      *> obviously if the metal stand/tier is run over by a forklift, heavy vehicle or similar extreme accident occurs, the weld warranty is void. We reserve the right to inspect the possible cause of weld failure and determine warranty application.
