Strata Metal Stand holds one 100% vitrified, hotel-ware quality Large Porcelain Diamond Platter, Dome Cover, Chiller Pans & 2 Ice Packs.

Feature great thermal shock properties & wide temperature tolerance (-40 to 175ºF / -40 to 79ºC)

Very durable & impact resistant ice packs survive most dropping accidents without cracking or breaking - will last a long time!

4 hours of freezing is recommended before use

Not dishwasher safe - hand washing is recommended

Lightweight ABS Chiller Pan is available in Black or White to match stand finishes

Porcelain Platter is certified by FDA inspection to be 100% free of lead or cadmium

Twice fired at a higher temperature of 2500+ degrees (1300-1700° F is the average) thus fully vitrified, non-porous and has extreme thermal shock tolerance for increased durability and strength

Thicker, non-porous, hard paste porcelain body offers better cold & heat retention

Oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe!

Higher % of kaolin clay used results in bright white color, optimum for food presentation
