• Porcelain Platters are certified by FDA inspection to be 100% free of lead or cadmium
• Twice fired at a higher temperature of 2500+ degrees (1300-1700°F is the average) thus fully vitrified, non-porous and has extreme thermal shock tolerance for increased durability and strength
• Thicker, non-porous, hard paste porcelain body offers better cold & heat retention
• Oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe!
• Higher % of kaolin clay content results in bright white color, optimum for food presentation
